Refund Policy

We hope you and your littles love Hues clothes as much as we do, but if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them including all labels. 

Please contact us here to request a returns slip. Please repack the items carefully including the returns slip. 

Return shipping is at your own cost. Please ensure you get proof of postage as we are unable to process an exchange or refund if we do not receive the items back. We recommend checking out to find the best prices. 

When we received your returned item, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed. Money will be refunded via the original payment method. It may take 5-10 days for a refund to show in your account. 


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, then the best thing to do is purchase the new item and return the unwanted item as outlined above. Alternatively get in contact and we can issue you an e-gift card via email within 7 days of receiving your return. 

Faulty or Wrong Items

Please contact us via email at as soon as possible if you received a faulty or incorrect item. Please include an image of any faults along with your order number and we will arrange postage for you to return your item along with an exchange or refund. 

If you notice any other quality defects with your item after wearing it, please contact us as soon as possible via email and we will work to rectify the situation. 

Personalised Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange a personalised item unless it is faulty.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order here. If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately not be able to refund any postage.
