When will I get my delivery?

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 working day
of receiving your order Mondays - Fridays for all orders received before 1 pm.

For UK orders we use Royal Mail 48-hour tracked.

For Australia, Canada, and the USA we use aim to get your order to
you within 14 days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your Royal
Mail tracking information.

What is your shipping policy?

What materials are your clothes made from?

All our clothes are made in England from 100% organic cotton and Recot2 which consists of 25% recycled cotton with 75% GOTS-certified organic cotton.

How do I care for my Hues clothing?

All of our clothes are machine
washable at 30 degrees. Hang to dry. Warm iron if needed. If you have a personalised item, we suggest washing it inside.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you and your littles love Hues clothes as much as we do, but if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition you
received them including all labels. 

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us here to request a returns slip.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the best thing to do is purchase the new item and return the unwanted item as outlined above. Alternatively, get in contact and we can issue you an e-gift card via
email within 7 days of receiving your return.

Are your clothes suitable for children with sensitive skin?

Yes! Organic cotton is perfect for kids with sensitive skin and conditions such as eczema. We have have found the softest fabrics we could! We pride ourselves on making sure kids are comfy!
